1. Free Shipping & Delivery
- Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
- Shipping Location: All products are printed and shipped from our fulfillment partners within the United States. We strategically use facilities closest to you to minimize transit time.
2. Order Processing Time (The Print-on-Demand Process)
Since every item is custom-printed just for you as soon as you order (Print-on-Demand), our fulfillment process requires a few days before your order ships.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to begin processing on the same business day.
- Processing Time: The average time to create your order is 2–7 business days. This includes printing, quality checking, and packaging your items.
- Time Note: This processing time is separate from the shipping time below.
3. Shipping and Transit Time
Once your order is fully processed and leaves our facility, transit time begins.

4. Failed Delivery and Returned Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be contacted to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs for address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.
